Christina Sidaras, Piano* & Music Together

Christina has been teaching professionally since 2005 to students of all ages and abilities. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music with an emphasis in Keyboard Pedagogy from Cedarville University. For her senior project, she researched music therapy methods and conducted fieldwork at the Alzheimer’s unit of a local assisted living facility.  She also studied Music Education with a Vocal Emphasis at Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. Christina is a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music with MTNA and recently received a scholarship from the National Piano Foundation to study Recreational Music Making at the MTNA National Conference.  She has been a church musician and accompanist for nearly twenty years and continues to participate in her church’s praise band. When Christina is not teaching lessons or dancing around with Music Together families, she enjoys spending time with her four children.
