Amedee Royer, Voice

Soprano Amedee Royer performs and works as a private voice teacher, choir conductor, and music educator in the Dayton area. Amedee received her Master of Music degree from The Ohio State University in 2010 and a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Wheaton College's Conservatory of Music in 2008. In 2012, Ms. Royer was a Regional Finalist in the Middle Atlantic Region of The Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions. 


































































































































































Past performance highlights include singing the title role in Hello Dolly (2017) and Mary Poppins (2016) with Englewood’s summer theatre; premiering The Whole Truth, a chamber opera by Robert Patterson and Mark Campbell for Urban Arias in Rosslyn, VA (2015);  singing the role of Micaela (Carmen) with Maryland Concert Opera (2015); performing the role of Fiordiligi (Cosi fan tutte) with Maryland Concert Opera (2014). Ms. Royer has also performed multiple recitals and concerts in the DC Metro area, and abroad.
