Music Makers fosters a love of music while building a foundation of basic musical concepts. Created for young children who are embarking on their musical journey, classes explore rhythm, singing, simple songs, and fun games! Upon completion, children are referred to The Beginning Piano Program or Private Lessons. Tuition includes: (8) classes & all materials

The Beginning Piano Program (6-7 yrs)


Modeled after the Carnegie Mellon Prep School, The Beginning Piano Program is an innovative program for NEW beginners providing comprehensive instruction, a natural approach to piano, fluency in reading and attention to musical detail. The program includes a weekly group class and private lesson.


























Group + Private Learning

Our unique combination of Group + Private learning introduces concepts in a fun, social environment, while also offering a skilled teacher to provide the personal attention necessary to grow as individuals. Children build a strong musical foundation AND have fun! 






Tuition includes:(15) Classes, (15) Private Lessons & all materials (books, flashcards, tote)


Fall 2023 Group Schedule




























Classes run August - December. Private Lessons are scheduled on an alternate day following the Group Class.

Piano Connection (7-16 yrs) is a modern approach to learning piano that better addresses the unique abilities, challenges, and desires of students. Classes follow a structured plan that strengthen basic skills, explore diverse repertoire, include listening and theory, and offer ensemble playing.

How do classes work?

  • Small groups (max. 4) meet weekly
  • Concepts are introduced, music is previewed, students feel confident having done the “hard work” together
  • Practice occurs at least 3 times before next class to enjoy new music!

Tuition includes:(14) Classes & all materials (binder, books, supplemental music)
